Returns & Exchanges
Our policy lasts 15 days from arrival date. If 15 days have gone by since you received the item, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
The arrival date is defined by the day your order status is updated to "Delivered" on the tracking site.
We accept the return on products which were shipped out by us and if the item is faulty due to an error on our end (e.g. wrong item or damaged item). Item(s) must be returned together with proof of purchase and need to be returned in its original condition or you're responsible for the loss in value.
We offer replace items for any cases applicable to our return policy. For any exchange requests, drop us an email at email@example.com.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please be informed that you have to pay the return shipping fee.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
In case you cannot return the item, proofs of the faulty item, including videos or pictures, have to be sent along with the proof of purchase. You will have 48 hours to provide proofs for us. After 48 hours, your dispute will no longer be valid.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time (2-5 business days) before a refund is posted.
You can only cancel your order within 6 hours from purchasing time of the same day. After 6 hours, your cancellation request won't be processed at any costs.
